Are you one of those who like to discover new products and try them out before buying? We founded Denebunu for you to try the products of the world's leading brands before you buy and share your feedback about the products you have tried!
When products are matching with your interests and profile, Denebunu offers them on “Home” page or “Exclusive” tab for you to try and bring them to your door. All you have to do is; discover, try and review!
After you sign up for free, you don't have to pay any fee to have the box organized in accordance with your profile at regular intervals. This includes shipping, too! All you have to do is sharing your feedback about the products you have tried on our website.
We also thought of those who say that “One box is not enough for me once a month!”. Exclusive boxes, which we publish from time to time, consisting of travel or original size products of luxury cosmetic brands, are only available to Denebunu members with much more reasonable prices than their market value! Whether you buy these boxes or not doesn't affect your chance to claim monthly free boxes.
You can sign up for Denebunu wherever you are in the world. Unfortunately, we do not operate shipments outside of Turkey currently. If you live abroad, you can still sign up for Denebunu, benefit from the contents on our website and reach the product reviews of other members.
After you have signed up, you can update all the information except your e-mail address from “Membership Information” section on “My Profile” page. However, we can offer you this right to change only once, because our relationship with each other based on trust is the most important thing for us above all.
Please follow the below steps to close your account:
“Update My Profile / Membership Information / Close My Account”
However; we think that Denebunu will not be the same without you and we prefer you to share your valuable feedback with us at every opportunity. Besides, we would like to state that if you close your account, you cannot reactive your account and therefore you will have to sign up again.
If you have answered all the questions in your profile, you should see a tick (âś“) in the white round box next to each category (About You, Personal Care, Home Care, etc.). First of all, we suggest you check your profile again to see if anything is missing.
Even though all questions have been answered, there may be Bonus Questions assigned to your profile and we expect you to answer them as well. Bonus Questions may not be seen by all members as they are individually assigned according to the target audiences of relevant brands. If there is no Bonus Question assigned to your profile, this will not affect your profile completion rate.
If your profile doesn’t still reach 100% even though you have done all the checks above, you can share your problem with us via info@denebunu.com.
Phone number verification codes are used to prove that the account is unique. It helps us to confirm that every box we deliver will reach the right person.
While verifying your phone number; the system will send you a verification code via SMS to confirm that the phone number is yours, after you share your phone number in the information part. You will only need to enter this verification code in the corresponding box to receive approval.
This verification step is mandatory during the shipment process, so we kindly ask you not to skip this step so that we can reach you.
First of all, let's solve the problem together and look at the problems that may cause this;
1. Could you have entered your phone number incorrectly? We suggest you check your phone number again first. If you have already checked, now request a new code from the verification screen, hopefully, your problem is solved. But if not, you can try the other methods specified below.
2. Your mobile service provider may be blocking short-coded SMS that Denebunu uses to contact you. You can contact your mobile service provider to confirm that short-coded SMSs are enabled in your mobile account.
3. The phone number you used while signing up may be verified by a different account and already registered in the system, re-sending code will not be provided at this point.
If you still do not receive a confirmation SMS after checking all three situations or you have encountered different problems, please share your phone number with us via info@denebunu.com and we will help you as soon as possible to make sure that your account was set up correctly.
If you cannot verify your phone number as it is already registered in the system, you can contact us via info@denebunu.com.
This may be the result of the creation of a second Denebunu account. We would like to remind you that our members can only have one Denebunu account.
Products
We offer our free boxes including mostly sample size and sometimes original size products according to the profile of our members once a month. The more you fill in your profile, the higher your chances of product trial. Not just interests; age, gender, shopping habits, in short, each question we have created to know you constitute your profile.
These free products are claimed according to the target audience criteria of the brands we cooperate with. The information you have provided to us in our survey and the Denebunu Free Boxes you have previously claimed can affect the contents of the boxes we will offer, so our members can get different brands and products from their boxes.
If you have already checked “I want to be informed about Denebunu” tab, we can send you an informative e-mail when products are matching with your profile or you can also follow our Instagram account to be notified of all boxes instantly. However, remember that our monthly free boxes attract great interest of great interest and we recommend that you go to your profile on denebunu.com quickly and claim your box from “Free Boxes” page to receive them before they run out.
Denebunun boxes are not based on the subscription method; that is, it is not enough to fill in your profile to claim a box. If there is a box matching your profile, you should claim it by clicking “Order the Free Box Now!” button.
It is very important for us and also for our brand partners who ensure that the products reach you to share your feedback about the products you have tried with all sincerity. Whether your product review positive or negative is not a criterion for claiming the next boxes, because your feedback is reported anonymously to the brand teams of the respective products. But if you want to continue trying new products via Denebunu, completing full product reviews will increase your chances of trying our products limited in stock.
The products are claimed according to the suitability of the target audience of the respective brands. The survey you have filled in while signing up for Denebunu determines whether your profile is suitable or not. The more you fill in your profile, the higher your chances of product trial. If you have any blank questions about products you've already tried, we suggest that you answer them as well, because completing your products review will improve your chances of trying new products.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: You may not always have the box matching with your profile. If you do not meet the criteria of the common target audience of the brands in the box that month, there will be no available box matching with your profile In addition to general filters such as age, gender, interests; detailed targetings like shopping and consumption habits is made by the brands. Denebunu is only an intermediary between the brand and the target audience the brand wants to reach.
Sometimes you can miss the boxes because they are limited in stocks, even though products are matching with your profile. Therefore it is very important to check “I want to be informed about Denebunu” tab. Then, we can send you an informative e-mail when products are matching with your profile. You can also follow our Instagram account to be notified of all boxes instantly!
Remember that Denebunu boxes are not based on the subscription method; that is, it is not enough to fill in your profile to claim a box. If there is a box matching your profile, you should claim it by clicking “Order the Free Box Now!” button.
The products we offer individually can vary according to the profile differences of our members. The filters that the brands want to determine the target audience of the products that month. In addition to general filters such as age, gender, interests; detailed targetings like shopping and consumption habits are made by the brands. Although Denebunu cannot interfere with the target groups of brands; we are responsible for delivering the products to the right target audience.
Our monthly free boxes or the exclusive boxes that we offer at regular intervals, are offered depending on the target audiences of the brands we cooperate with and the number of products they want to have you try. As the brands and target groups in the boxes change every month; we cannot predict which filters will be applied every month. That's why we can't guarantee a box trial every month.
Monthly Free Boxes and Delivery
Orders are shipped on business days (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). After you claim your box, you will see the shipment date of your box on the screen that you will encounter. Our deliveries will be carried out by Aras Kargo and BirGündeKargo.
If there is no one at the address on delivery time, the cargo officer will leave "Delivery Attempt Notice”. In this case, you need to receive your order within 3 days from the cargo branch. As required by our Delivery Policy; Denebunu Free Box orders will be delivered to the delivery address within 7-10 business days.
Undelivered Denebunu Free Box orders will be returned and no re-delivery will be made for these returned orders. After you claim a Denebunu Free Box, cancellation and return cannot be made.
After the order has been made, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address for that order. You need yo make the address changes on “My Addresses” page before completing your order. If there is no one at the address on delivery time, your Denebunu order will be returned and no re-delivery will be made.
If the address you specify as the delivery address is the home address, it will be delivered to the relatives in the house with the identity check. If there is no one at the address, the cargo officer leaves "Delivery Attempt Notice” and your order is returned to the relevant cargo centre. Within 3 work days, you can receive your box from the relevant cargo branch.
If the address you specify as the delivery address is the office address, the box is delivered to the responsible person at reception or communication service depending on the working condition of your workplace.
When your order arrives, we recommend that you check your Denebunu box while the cargo officer is with you and ask the cargo officer for a record if the products are missing or incorrect. If you have skipped this step and later discovered that there is an error with the box, you can also contact us via info@denebunu.com.
Reference code is a special code that we have created for your respective Denebunu box when you claim a box. You can access your reference code from the “Congratulations” screen which appears after claiming a box and from “My Boxes” tab. You can contact us with this reference code for everything related to your Denebunu box. While the reference code represents the corresponding Denebunu box, it is also used as the tracking code to track the delivery status of your box through our distribution company.
If you cannot find your neighbourhood, street, or information about your address, please select any neighbourhood, street to be accepted by the system; then send the full address that you want your box to be sent to info@denebunu.com. After your e-mail, the necessary arrangements will be done as soon as possible.
Exclusive Boxes and Delivery
Exclusive boxes, offering luxury consumer and cosmetic products of elite brands with much more reasonable prices than their market value, are created for our members who want to try products for a longer period. The difference from our free boxes is that the products in it are original size or travel size; thus, it provides a much longer consumer experience. Our Exclusive boxes are premium services and it is up to you to purchase them. Whether you buy these boxes or not doesn't affect your chance to claim monthly free boxes.
You can return your box within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt by stating your cause of the return on condition that all of the products in your box are unopened and unused. You can claim your refund to Denebunu Customer Representative by sending an e-mail to info@denebunu.com or by calling 0850 888 13 65 during work days and work hours.
