I completed my profile, but it doesn’t reach 100%. Why?
When you answer all the questions in your profile, you should see a highlighted tick a (✓) in white and blue next to the category name (i.e. About You, Your Household, etc.). If you can't see the tick, then we suggest you to review your profile and check if anything is missing.
Sometimes unanswered Bonus Questions assigned to your profile might result in incomplete profiles. Don't forget to answer your Bonus Questions. Bonus Questions may not be available to all members, since they are assigned to individuals by brands, according to their target audience preferences. If there is no Bonus Question assigned to your profile, then this will not affect your profile completion rate.
If your profile still hasn’t reached 100% even though you have checked all of the above please contact us about your issue via contact@samplico.com
