Getting Started
If you are one of those who like to discover new products and try them out before buying, then Samplico is just for you! Samplico was founded to give you a chance to try the products of the world's leading brands before you purchase them! Samplico is a brand affiliate of Denebunu, which is a community of 2.5 million members and established in Turkey, 2016. Since 2016, we distributed 6 million samples from 300 brands! Samplico is now in the UK!
When you are signing up to Samplico.com, we ask you to fill in a detailed questionnaire to get to know you. Once we know you well, then we start matching you with brands and their products that fit your profile. You will receive an email from us if you are eligible to get the box of that month! All you have to do is; try, enjoy and review!
Membership
You can edit and change all your information by clicking "Membership Info" section under "Profile Survey", except your email address. Please keep in mind that we can only offer a change to change information once because it is more important than anything else that our relationship with each other is based on trust.
Sometimes unanswered Bonus Questions assigned to your profile might result in incomplete profiles. Don't forget to answer your Bonus Questions. Bonus Questions may not be available to all members, since they are assigned to individuals by brands, according to their target audience preferences. If there is no Bonus Question assigned to your profile, then this will not affect your profile completion rate.
If your profile still hasn’t reached 100% even though you have checked all of the above please contact us about your issue via contact@samplico.com

But we think Samplico will not be the same without you and we'd rather see you stay and share your valuable feedback with us, then see you leave.
One last note, we would like to remind you that if you decide to close your account, you cannot reactivate your account. In that case, you need to Sign Up again.
While verifying your phone number; the system will send you a verification code via SMS to confirm that the phone number is yours. Then, you need to enter this verification code in the corresponding box to get the confirmation. This verification step is mandatory during the shipment process and we kindly ask you not to skip this step so that we can reach you.
Let’s solve the issue together!
1. Could you have entered your phone number incorrectly? We first suggest you check your phone number again. If you have already checked, please request a new code from the verification screen. Hopefully, your problem has already solved! But if not, please try the other methods below.
2. Your mobile service provider may be blocking short-coded SMS that Samplico uses to contact you. You may contact your mobile service provider to confirm that short-coded SMSs are enabled in your mobile account.
3. The phone number you used while signing up may be verified by a different account and already registered in the system. Since you can only have one account, re-sending code will not be provided at this point. If you still have not received a confirmation SMS after checking all three situations or you have encountered different problems, please share your phone number with us via contact@samplico.com and we will help you as soon as possible to make sure that your account was set up correctly.

Please note that if you have any blank questions about the products you've already tried, we suggest that you answer them as well. Completing your product reviews will improve your chances of receiving new products.
Reviews
Delivery
As required by our Delivery Policy; Samplico Free Box orders will be delivered to the delivery address within 7-10 business days (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). After you claim your box, you will see the shipment date of your box on the next screen. Our deliveries will be carried out by Yodel. If there is no one at the address, courier will attempt to deliver your box on the next working day. Undelivered Samplico Free Box orders after the second delivery attempt will be returned and no re-delivery will be made for these returned orders. After you claim a Samplico Free Box, cancellation and return cannot be made.
When your order arrives, we recommend that you check your Samplico box while the courier is with you and ask the courier for a record if the products are missing or incorrect. If you are not present at the address during the delivery and later discover that there is an issue with your box, you can contact us via contact@samplico.com
Reference code is a special code that we have created for your Samplico box when you claim a box. You can access your reference code from the “Congratulations” screen which appears after claiming a box and from “Order History” tab. You can contact us with this reference code for everything related to your Samplico box.
