I tried the More Protein Iced Coffee – Dark Chocolate Lover and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The coffee itself is smooth and easy to drink, not too strong or bitter, which makes it really accessible even if you’re not into super intense coffee. The dark chocolate flavour is definitely noticeable and gives it a richer, slightly indulgent feel, almost like you’re having a treat rather than just a regular iced coffee. What I liked most is that it doesn’t feel too heavy or thick, which can sometimes be an issue with protein drinks. This one is still refreshing, so it works well as a chilled drink, especially when you want something cold but also a bit filling. The added protein is a big bonus for me too, as it actually helped keep me going between meals and made it feel a bit more worthwhile than just grabbing a normal coffee. I found it really convenient on busy days when I didn’t have time to prepare anything, and it worked just as well as an afternoon pick-me-up when I needed a bit of energy. It’s also quite satisfying if you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to go for a full dessert. I could not tell it’s a protein powder, as the flavours cover it pretty well with mostly chocolate flavour with the coffee hitting at the end. Really easy to make and enjoyable.
