This had quite a nice taste, a little bit tangy but I liked it. I didn't really feel like it was doing any good but I'm guessing I wouldn't with just 1 bottle. I did have diarrhea that evening, im not positive it was from this product but I also can't rule it out.
The Propolis Shot has Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc. Also the bonus ingredient, Manukah Honey. It is designed to boost immunity. I had the bottle shot, there was a slight orange taste as that is an ingredient too. I felt a bit more energetic after having the shot.
I like those single shots full of vitamins. As I am getting cold a lot in autumn its really helpful to keep my immune system on track. Highly recommended.

As I only got to try 1 bottle I didn't really feel or see and benefits of the drink after just one use. It tasted really nice and it is very convenient not having to measure things out. I think if it was used over a few days you might see and feel the benefit.
I really loved this product as i am a big fan of honey, and i think each product was very soothing and helped with all cold and flu symptoms i was feeling.
Bee&you propolis shot is the best to have to support the immune system mostly the winter season, really like the honey taste, definitely going to buy again.
I ove that this tasted good and was a good size to keep in my handbag, it felt like it had a numbing effect which would be great when I get my next cold and saw throat, be good also for my son.
The taste is not my favourite but it really well worked on my irritated by seasonal allergy throat and freshen my breath. Spray strong stream helps to reach everywhere and it works immediately
