BEE & YOU Vitamin C Propolis Shot + Zinc is my overall favourite. It is very easy to take because it comes in a single serve bottle. I cannot forget my daily dose, because I always have it in my handbag. It is the best way to boost the immune system and protect against cold & flue and other infections. It contains Vitamin C, D3 and Zinc – three most important micro nutrients. And BEE & YOU Vitamin C Propolis Shot tastes nice too!

It looks and smells like honey with a hint of orange juice! Just like it's supposed to! I actually found the taste and smell quite palatable. It has a mixture of antioxidants, vitamins and zinc. I will definitely use this in the winter season. I take a lot of vitamins so having an alternative to some of my tablets (that I find difficult to swallow) is a bonus! It's a bit of a faff to get into the bottle though, so maybe this could be improved. Out of all the propolis products I've tried, this is my favourite!

It might be small but gosh it’s packed with all the right vitamins etc….. it’s a strange taste that leaves you shivering after drinking but also after makes you feel your giving your body the needed boost it needs

I wasn't sure how I would like the propolis shot but it was really nice. The orange juice flavour dominated so it was refreshing. A good little immune boosting shot with the propolis, added vitamins and zinc. Definitely one to keep in your cupboard for winter.
