I love this product! I work in a primary school and after 2 weeks back I’ve got a scratchy throat courtesy of kids and germs. So it was the perfect time to give this a try. 2 squirts 3-4 times a day is recommended. I found it took a few attempts to get used to using it as it is more of a jet than a spray so ended up getting my tongue instead. It smells a little like TCP (for those in England). It gives an instant pleasant warm almost numbing feeling that you can feel slowly travelling down your throat which aided relief for my scratchy throat, my voice was instantly less croaky. It doesn’t leave much of an after taste and apparently works as a breath freshener too. I had a 5ml sample bottle which I thought was great but when I checked online it only comes in 100ml bottles. This is ok if you’ll use it regularly but I’d be more inclined to buy smaller bottles for my handbag or the car. It was a little pricey compared to over the counter remedies BUT I thought it worked so well that I would be happy to pay the price. I also love that it is natural with no preservatives or extra nasties and it comes in a glass bottle. Definitely a 10/10 from me!

This product came just at the right time, with the kids being at school for two weeks, we were expecting our start of the school year lurgy to strike and it did bang on time. However this time, I was already armed with a very effective remedy and I truly believe it’s because of the bee propolis throat spray that I’m not as bad as I could’ve been.
