How to use?

Great product that you can add into anything…food, drink etc. which makes it versatile and doesn’t feel like you are taking anything. Cannot really taste it when added to general food or drink - especially like to add it to a homemade smoothie!
I was impressed at how much this reduced my allergy symptoms. I have less congestion and sneezing with reduced nasal irritation. I like how the product is natural with no synthetic ingredients or chemicals. The drops have a strong and unpleasant taste however, so I would advise to mix them with a drink.
Again I really liked this product I liked knowing that it gave instant support for my immune system and I liked that it was suitable for me and my teenage daughter and love having the support and extra vitamins and minerals to keep us healthy
I really liked how this could be added to juice and that it's 100% natural. It's so simple to use and can easily become part of your daily routine to help fight colds, flu and hay-fever. It's hard to tell if it's been effective but so far I have not suffered any of the above so its a good possibility.
This product is great to beat cold or flu and seasonal allergies. I like the fact you can mix it with a drink of your liking which makes it easy for my children to also take. A nice natural alternative than having to buy other medicines.
Really easy to use. Very versatile product. Administered via drops which can be taken a variety of ways. Concentrated, they have a strong flavour but can be diluted, added to a flavoured drink or mixed with yogurt, so suitable for all.
To see the true benefits of the product it would need to be used daily over a long period of time or when experiencing cold or flu like symptoms. It states it supports the immune system and regulates the gastrointestinal system, again this is something that would need to monitored over time.
