Im not really sure what the purpose of this was for. Im glad it was able to be mixed in with drinks or yogurts but it’s not something id buy again.
The idea is fab and brilliant to help have more vitamins into your body however I personally didn’t like the taste. It was just to strong to enjoy

When added to other food items, it does not alter the taste. So this makes it a suitable supplement to be added with foods like yogurt or oats.
I'm sure it's a great product, but I didn't experience any change in my health after using it frequently. It must have been a too short period.
