I found this product really hard to dispense. Of all the products available this is the product I would avoid simply because of the work to get it out of the dropper bottle. However it can be taken neat or mixed with other liquids which is a good idea due to the bitterness.
A few drops and your good to go I would recommend this as its good for health and keeping those colds at bay.
