How to use?

How would you review this product?The Bee&You Propolis Water Soluble Extract is great to give you that immune system boost and help fight off colds. I feel that is has helped my gastrointestinal system as well. I haven’t found a drink that completely masks the taste yet, I found it to have a very strong flavour that I’m not very fond of! I tend to mix it in to a fruit juice and then drink more fruit juice right after to get rid of the taste! It’s benefits more than make up for the unpleasant taste though!

How would you review this product?As someone who suffers from summer allergies I was excited to try this. I stopped taking anti-histamines to see how effective it was and I think it passed the test. The only downside I had was that I’m currently undiagnosed for several food allergies so when my face began to tingle, I sadly had to stop using it. I added mine to porridge and smoothies and loved that it was anti- oxidant, bacterial, fungal, viral. Long term use could probably show good results.

How would you review this product?I ironically tested positive for covid the day this arrived as did my children and I have to say I was very impressed and surprised at how beneficial this was. Apart from feeling rubbish my throat was sore and this helped not only easing the pain, I felt that it did speed up recovery. Only downside is that it isn’t the most pleasant taste but for the benefits I feel this outweighed that issue. Would purchase and continue to use.

How would you review this product?I love this product for all of its natural qualities and purposes. I haven't been using it enough to see the benefits yet but as someone who does find it hard to get the correct amount of vitamins in a day I am sure it will only be beneficial to my health and body. Its quick and convenient to use. The downsides of using this so far are, its a little bit fiddly trying to count out 10 drops - I done it on a spoon and it wasn't a pleasant taste to take 'neat'. Very much like TCP. So, I would advise adding it to something like yoghurt.

How would you review this product?This is rich in antioxidants, especially high Cape content makes it a natural immune support especially during Cold season and has x3 more antioxidant level than the highest grade of Manuka Honey. Natural antioxidant a natural bee product that honeybees collect from the leaves, buds and stems of the plants. It acts as a natural protective barrier. i really like this its safe to use healthy and works love it

How would you review this product?I absolutely love this product, I have been using the extract in my morning drink and it is super versatile and is effective at helping my immune system. The extract is packed full of essential vitamins and has helped me through a cold and when I’ve been feeling under the weather. Its flavour isn’t overly strong which I really enjoy and it’s really benefited my immune system. An all round fantastic product!

How would you review this product?I'd definitely recommend it for anyone that's feeling run down/ lethargic! It contains all natural ingredients It tastes of orange juice & raw honey It's gluten free, no dairy products and no added sugar. Each serving has 1000 vitamin C in it and also vitamin D3. It made me feel very energetic and uplifted. Can be found on Amazon and now Trader Joe's! I'd definitely give it full marks 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

How would you review this product?The bottle contains 5 ml of product. It is a natural dietary supplement of very high quality, it contains a lot of antioxidants and a natural bee product, thanks to which it perfectly supports immunity. Perfect for the upcoming fall and winter season. I like that it has a detoxifying effect on the body. It is best to consume 20 drops once a day - diluted with water for better taste

How would you review this product?Working with children I find I’m constantly getting viruses and nothing seems to help with my recovery so was excited to try this product. I definitely think it helped reduce my symptoms and ease them. It’s easy to use ,I simply placed a few drops in my water each time and consumed as normal. It doesn’t affect the taste at all. I would definitely recommend this product

How would you review this product?This product allows for diversity and is east to implement into ones routine. I have usually been taking it with one class of water after my morning coffee. in this way I feel like I get my vitamin intake straight in the morning which prepares my body for the daily battles. The only thing I will say is that this has a VERY strong taste so if you cannot handle that, it is best to mix it in milk or another beverage that can tone down the flavours
