have been feeling good used it for a week think I'm seeing the benefits like the fact you can mix it with water or milk or juices as that dilutes it a bit.
I loved this product concentrate in propolis the smell a bit strong but diluate in water is si good for your immune system

This is a great product and you can carry around on your bag and I love that I can use it for all my family and children to support our immune systems.
This extract tasted really bitter. I practically forced myself to swallow it. It also did not have a proper dripper so I was trying to count the drops carefully whilst I manually drip it into my drink. I fail to see any change it did in terms of my health, I took it while I was having cold and cough.
