How to use?

Fantastic product for any doubters of natural products. I love honey so this was a no brainer. Keeping colds at bay for sure and living and working in a very busy environment it's sometimes hard to avoid sniffles but so far so good

This is great for boosting your immune system, especially during winter when we are more susceptible to colds. It is pleasant tasting as you just add it to water, and so easy to use.

I would say this product is amazing works quickly had no side effects, I often feel sleepy after doing very little and this give me the energy to feel normal again, amazing product.
I had trouble with the dropper in the bottle and couldn't get the contents to come out, so I couldn't get a proper use of it. I managed to get a drop or two out, and again, I didn't notice much of a difference as I only managed 2 drops š it has a slight bitter taste, and that was all I got from it š
I am unable to give comment on the validity of the health benefits at this time as the sample only provided a few days of testing, which is not sufficient to verify them. However, the reason for my negative review is the taste. Unfortunately this is one of the worst tasting health supplements I have even taken. I found adding it to milk gave the most tolerable taste, but Iām afraid even then it is not something I would purchase to use regularly.
There are many health benefits associated with propolis. It's a really easy way to consume it just being about to add it to a drink of water. The flavour wasn't to my taste but with a spoonful of lemon juice it tasted fine.
The product is very concentrated so you only need to use a little, I love how you can add it to water or put it straight on your tongue, I definately felt healthier for using it.
